Sandra J. (Wunder) Bair, 74, of Parrish, formerly of Grand Ledge, MI, passed away September 21, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
Sandra was born in Monroe, MI to Wayne and Eileen Wunder. grew up in Temperance MI and graduated from Bedford Public High School in 1962. She also lived in Lansing MI, Marshall MI, and Grand Ledge MI.
She went on to receive her Master’s degree from Michigan State University. She began a long career in teaching starting as Teacher of the Deaf 1966 in Adrian, MI, and was the Teacher Consultant for Hearing Impaired for Kalamazoo Public Schools until her retirement.
Sandra married Lee A. Bair June 5, 1970 in East Lansing, MI.
They moved to Parrish, Fl in 2007.
Sandra is survived by her loving husband Lee A. Bair, her children Nicole K. Enright (Sean) of Mesa AZ, Stephanie L. Wittrup (Kevin) of Howell MI, and Todd M. Bair (Jessica)of Grand Haven MI and 7 Grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her parents, and her brothers Kenneth W. Wunder, Phillip J. Wunder.
Sandra loved her family and was active in her church.
Her homecoming will take place on Friday, October 12, 2018 with visitation at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Road (At Jackman Rd.) Temperance, Michigan from 1:00pm followed by services at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held at the Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery, Sylvania, Ohio.
